Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2: Gamers Shouts “Damn!.. that’s Amsterdam”

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is the next big game that players cannot wait to play. With their most ambitious title to date, Activision experienced successful beta testing periods and are now gearing up for a grand release. Players will appreciate the return of the iconic Task Force 141 Squad in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. Several of the players have been raving about the visuals for a mission in the campaign.

The majority of Call of Duty titles are predominantly multiplayer games, however, many players also enjoy the action-packed campaigns that have been developed by the developers. In many cases, these campaigns feature real-life locations that are as accurate as possible. In Call of Duty, there is nothing new when it comes to recreating real-world locations, however this time around the developers have exceeded all expectations.

It’s crazy how even the boats in the narrow Amsterdam canals are legit in Modern Warfare II. The game includes replicas of famous landmarks, buildings, and shops. In fact, one player recorded the real part of the city and put it online for a side-by-side comparison.

Online footage shows a Call of Duty level resembling Amsterdam, and the visuals indicate this is a recreation. Despite the level of detail in the mission, many players have found it difficult to distinguish between the game footage and real life footage of Amsterdam.
